John Acquavita
In May 2026, John Acquavita joined our team at Roberson Law as a paralegal in the estate planning department after a successful 25-year editorial career. By doing so, he’s brought with him invaluable skills of attention to detail, organization, case management and excellent writing.
In his role, John is the backbone of our attorneys. He is always in the background, ensuring efficiency, timeliness and accuracy — keenly aware of our clients’ sensitive case matters and ready to help us provide them excellent work.
A native of Staten Island, N.Y., John was a member of the first graduating class of Staten Island Technical High School in 1992. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Speech from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania (with minors in Public Relations and Russian) and later earned a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Holy Family University in Philadelphia.
John is a lifelong N.Y. Giants fan who now lives in Kettering, Ohio. When not at the firm, he loves to spend his free time making memories with his sons, rewatching action movies from the 1980s for the umpteenth time and casually reading tales of a certain orphaned vigilante from Gotham City.
