Megan Bosley

Megan Bosley obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL). While at UDSL, Megan was a member of the Moot Court Team and served as an Associate Justice of Intramural Competition. She received a CALI award, which is an award for the highest grade in the course, for her academic achievement in Bar Exam Preparation: Procedure & Practice. On the Ohio Bar Exam, Megan obtained the highest score possible on the section of the exam that pertained to estate planning. Megan was a founding member and vice-president of the Probate and Estate Planning Law Society, which focused on providing students interested in the areas of probate and estate planning law with access to the expertise and insights of practitioners in the field through networking opportunities.

Megan completed several internships at reputable firms, with a focus in the area of estate planning. Megan is now serving in Roberson Law’s estate planning department by working with clients who desire to get their affairs in order through comprehensive estate planning. Megan is also serving in the areas of estate administration and guardianships. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Megan obtained her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from West Liberty University (WLU) in 2019, where she majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in pre-law. Megan played softball for many years and was a pitcher for the WLU softball team. Megan was born and raised in Parkersburg, West Virginia and currently resides in downtown Dayton.
