Attorney Kristina M. Rainer obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL) and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in Political Science and Criminal Justice. While attending UDSL, she received CALI awards, which is the highest grade in law school at the time, for her academic achievements in Wills and Trusts, Legal Writing, and Law Practice Management. Throughout her law school career, she showed her dedication to providing legal services to her community, and was acknowledged for her commitment to pro bono work at her graduation ceremony.  In 2020, Kristina became certified by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) as an OSBA Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.  In 2024, Kristina was the sole recipient of the Lloyd O’Hara Public Interest Law Award.  Since 2023, Kristina has served as the Co-Chair for the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section of the Dayton Bar Association and has been an acting member of NAELA, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.

Since joining Roberson Law in 2007, Kristina has been showing the same commitment to legal excellence while serving the needs of her clients in the areas of estate planning, trust, probate law, and elder law. Kristina also assists clients with business formations and LLC and incorporations management, and previously served as an adjunct professor for Sinclair Community College.

As a life long resident of Dayton, Ohio, Kristina has continued to show her commitment to serving her community. She has become actively involved in the Greater Dayton Lawyer’s Volunteer Project, a non-profit organization that provides legal services to those who would otherwise be unable to obtain it. Kristina currently serves on the Dayton Children’s Hospital Planned Giving Advisory Committee and is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, Ohio Bar Association, and Noon Optimist Club of Centerville. Kristina currently resides in Oakwood with her husband, Joe; their son, Elijah, and daughter, Katherine; and two cats.
