Kaitlyn Mahaffy is a paralegal with our Probate department. Kaitlyn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati (UC) in 2022 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. While at UC, Kaitlyn was a part of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honors Society. She also volunteered with the University’s ESL, English as a Second Language, program, and for The Prosecution Project as an Intern.

Through her education and professional career, Kaitlyn has found a love for serving people in their time of need and intends to do the same in her probate career with Roberson. Kaitlyn’s experience working for a prominent Cincinnati funeral home through college gave her additional skills to be able to assist clients on their grief journey while serving them in the probate process.

Kaitlyn lives in Troy with her roommate, their two dogs, and cat. She enjoys coaching club volleyball in her free time and walking around downtown with her dog.
